Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i Month 2025 brings to the forefront the creations of 110 contemporary Romanian sculptors, whose works of sculpture and drawing will be exhibited at the Br\u00e2ncovene\u0219ti Palaces Mogo\u0219oaia, the Romanian Academy Art Galleries and the Simeza Gallery. The event is organized by the Bucharest Sculpture Branch of the Romanian Fine Artists&#8217; Union from February 1 to 28. &#8220;Through this event, we aim to honor Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i&#8217;s innovative spirit and to offer the general public an insight into the diversity and dynamism of Romanian sculpture today. The exhibitions of Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i Month 2025 will include works that combine traditional materials with innovative techniques, thus offering a foray into the artistic universe of new generations of sculptors,&#8221; say the organizers. Artists from all generations, including creative role models such as Ingo Glass and Paul Neagu, are being spotlighted.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i Month 2025 Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i Month starts on February 1, at 15:00, with the opening of the exhibition at the Academia Gallery in the House of Scientists, at Calea Rahovei 176, where the artists exhibiting are: Roberto Apati, C\u0103t\u0103lin B\u0103d\u0103rau, Ioan Bolborea, Mihaela Boeru, Alin Carpen, Alin Caraca\u0219, Panaite Chifu, Dumitru Cojocaru, Trandafira Cojocaru, Mircea D\u0103neasa, Claudiu Filimon, Reka Csapo Dup, Ovidiu Dumitru, Raluca Ghideanu, Emil Cristian Ghi\u021b\u0103, Matei Emilian, Eugen Ilina, Ionel I\u0219toc, Costel Iacob, C\u0103t\u0103lin Gean\u0103, Alexandru Marinete, Andrei Marina, Constantin M\u00e2rzea, Bianca Mann, Grigore Minea, Venus Mateescu, Ioan Medrut, Nicolae R\u0103zvan Mincu, Alexandru Papuc, Adrian Piorescu, Cristian Pentelescu, Ana Zoe Pop, Alexandru Ranga, Dumitru Radu, Cristian R\u0103du\u021ba, Mircea Roman, Mihai Rusen, Carmen S\u0103m\u0103rtean, Emilian Savinescu, Stefan Siminic, Elena Scutaru, Marcel Scutaru, Silviu Spirescu, Irina T\u0103nase, Florica T\u0103nase, Constantin \u021ainteanu, Ovidiu Toader, Gabriela Tofan, Mihai Ungureanu, C\u0103t\u0103lin Udrea, Adriana Untilov, \u0218erban Vr\u0103biescu, Filip Voicu and Florin Zhu.<br \/>Curators are Elena Scutaru, Nicolae Stoica and Alexandru Papuc.<br \/>At the Br\u00e2ncovene\u0219ti Palaces of Mogo\u0219oaia (Sala Parter), from February 1 to February 27, the sculpture exhibition with works from the collection of C.C.P.P.B.P.B. (Cultural Center of Br\u00e2ncovene\u0219ti Palaces) and works from private collections signed by Arina Ailinc\u0103i, George Apostu , Geta Caragiu, Titi Cear\u0103, Florin Codre, Sorin Dumitrescu, Darie Dup, Alexandru Gheorghi\u021b\u0103, Vasile Gorduz, Ingo Glass, Peter Jecza, Ioan Marton, Bata Marianov, Ovidiu Maitec, Laurentiu Mogo\u0219anu, I. L Murnu, Paul Neagu, Silvia Radu Oprea, Neculai P\u0103duraru, Adrian Pirvu, Alexandru Pasat, Constantin Popovici, Vladimir Predescu, Liviu Russu, Virgil Scripcariu, Alexandru Siminic, Nicolae Stoica, Lucian \u021a\u0103ran, Napoleon Tiron, Paul Vasilescu, Aurel Vlad, Ion Vlasiu, Marian Zidaru, Victoria Zidaru and Gheorghe Z\u0103rnescu.<br \/>Curators are Doina M\u00e2ndru, Victoria Zidaru and Siminic Alexandru.<br \/>The Emeritus Sculptor Prize and the Emerging Sculptor Prize, awarded by UAP Bucharest, will be presented in the Sala Scoar\u021belor, on February 19, 2025 (Constantin Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i National Day), between 17:00 and 20:00. &#8220;Drawings by Sculptors&#8221;, the third exhibition of the Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i Month, takes place at the Simeza Gallery from February 1 to 28.
