This is a drop, considering that for <a href=\"https:\/\/curatorial.ro\/arta\/complexul-muzeal-national-moldova-a-achizitionat-22-de-lucrari-de-arta-in-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024<\/a> the institution announced 220,839 tickets sold at the Palace of Culture (which houses the Art Museum, Museum of Moldovan History, Ethnographic Museum of Moldova, and &#8220;\u0218tefan Procopiu&#8221; Museum of Science and Technology),\u00a0of which 74,319 were for the Art Museum.<\/p>\n<p>The most visited temporary exhibitions in 2025 were &#8220;Space&#8221;, with works by the artist Vladimir P\u0103un Vrapciu, and &#8220;About Portraits #4&#8221;, an international group exhibition, both held in the Art Museum&#8217;s premises from November 27, 2025 to January 4, 2026, with 5,714 visitors.<\/p>\n<p>At the Art Museum, during the year 2025, 11 openings were organized, ten of which for the temporary exhibitions and one for the permanent Romanian Art Gallery.<\/p>\n<p>As for this year&#8217;s events, the museum proposes:<\/p>\n<p>January 14 &#8211; February 13, the painting exhibition &#8220;Pictora&#8221;, signed by artist Florentina Voichi;<br \/>\nFebruary 19 &#8211; March 19, exhibition within the event Romanian Sculptors Month;<br \/>\nMarch 2 &#8211; March 22, exhibition of sculpture and installations signed by artist Leontin Paun-Rotonda;<br \/>\nApril 10 &#8211; 26, exhibition of sculpture and drawing by the artist Vladlen Babcine\u021bchi;<br \/>\nMay 8 &#8211; 25, exhibition by Iasi artists within the Romanian Creative Week;<br \/>\nin June is scheduled the exhibition &#8220;Donations and Donors, Dr. Aldea Collection\u201d;<br \/>\nin October, the exhibition &#8220;Artists from Palace of Culture&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Iasi Art Museum, hosted by the Palace of Culture and part of the National Museum Complex Moldova, recorded 65,663 visitors last year, of which about 15% were foreign tourists, according to data provided at the request of the curatorial.
