An exhibition with works by \u00c1ngeles Agrela, \u00c6men Eded\u00e9en, Adrian Ghenie, Cathrin Hoffmann, Sea Hyun Lee, Jessie Makinson, Cristina de Miguel, Mie Olise Kj\u00e6rgaard, Katherina Olschbaur, Gwen O’Neil, Emma P\u0103v\u0103loaia, Pedro Pedro, Bony Ramirez, Mircea Roman, Ecaterina Vrana and Nadia Waheed marks the fifth anniversary of the IOMO Gallery in Bucharest from March 12 to April 18.<\/p>\n
“Progress Is Not A Straight Line” brings together new works and works from the collection of the gallery’s founder, Florin Petrachi.<\/p>\n
“On its anniversary, IOMO Gallery looks back on a journey defined not by a steady ascent, but by an organic growth, built over time, with intention (…) IOMO Gallery celebrates this moment not as a destination, but as a confirmation of the direction taken. Learning that true progress is organic, not imposed. And that the ability to remain consistent to one’s own ethos, amidst the shifting tides of the art world, is in itself a form of progress,” says Thom Oosterhof<\/a>, guest curator of the gallery’s art program in 2026. <\/p>\n IOMO GALLERY was opened in one of the most dynamic cultural centers for contemporary art in Bucharest – Combinatul Fondului Plastic.
