“Companions to the Afterlife” – Absence and Consolation
“Companions to the Afterlife”, with works by Miruna Radovici, curated by Cristina Bută, is open at Galeria Posibilă in Bucharest until June 14.
Inspired by ornaments, photographs and other objects from her own archive, Radovici has created ceramic sculptures, paintings and installations. They carry the meaning of loss, absence, but also consolation.

Companions to the Afterlife
She refers to mythology, pop culture, emotions. The artist constantly investigates both the psychological state of the individual and the collective human ethos. She talks about relationships, explores the idea of coexistence, anxiety, according to the curator.
